General Information
Wallis provides a full service, Australian-owned and operated research facility.
The company specialises in social research working with government at all levels, not-for-profits, educational institutions and industry. We are leaders in multi-mode interviewing to give the widest access to the community and to allow respondents choice in the way they participate.
Central to this is an in-house Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing system, fully integrated with an online data collection platform, and manned by a team of 150 interviewers including specialists in business-to-business and interviewing in languages other than English. Our interviewers have earned a well-deserved reputation for their professionalism and empathy in contacting and engaging the assistance of survey respondents under many diverse circumstances.
Our Consultants have a wealth of practical market and social research and management experience gained from both the buyer and supplier perspectives.
