Julie Dang: (BCom, Marketing UNSW) Principal. Julie has over 20 years experience in advertising and motivational needs based research, brand strategy and communications development. She has worked extensively in a broad range of sectors, including FMCG, food, beverages, confectionery, pharmaceutical, healthcare, media, publishing, financial, travel and automotive. She established Julie Dang & Associates in 1998.

Carolyn Northcott: (B.App.Sc., M.SC., MBA). With more than ten years experience as a research supplier, Carolyn is highly skilled in the hands-on execution of quantitative and qualitative market research. Carolyn has managed both ad hoc projects and tracking studies and has experience across a broad cross-section of industry, including professional services, financial services, tertiary education, biotechnology, telecommunications, construction, fast food, FMCG and pharmaceutical industries. Carolyn is skilled in the project management of research for advertising and communications development, brand health and positioning, new product development, product testing and loyalty and satisfaction studies.
