We also actively harness new opportunities thorugh 'in-the-moment' research provided by mobile and other new technologies. Direction. Sound research methodologies are essential, but increasingly it is the analysis and interpretation that enables research to deliver great insights. Kim takes a lead role on all projects and collaborates with a core team of 5 – 6 senior, experienced and successful research professionals selected for relevance to each project. No juniors are involved.
