Susanna Roth, Managing Director, B.A. (University of Melbourne), DipEdPsych (Monash), M.A. Applied Psychology (University of Melbourne). Susanna is a Registered Psychologist in Australia and has over 25 years' research experience specialising in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. She has been a QPR since 2003.  In 2010, Susanna won the prestigious Tony Wheeler Best Paper Award at the AMSRS National Conference for her paper titled"New approaches to Market Segmentation: Self Organising Maps and the Application of Machine Learning to predict segment membership."
