Services include:
- Online Surveys - the research engine of The Digital Edge includes PC and mobile phone surveying using Ad Hoc or Omnibus style methods. We also build shelf designs to emulate in-store experience.
- Smart Phone App – a custom designed mobile app available on major smartphone platforms with multi-lingual functionality. Either use the TDE panellist to engage in on-the-go research or use your own database. Gather camera images, videos and audio, GPS location and barcode scanning are all featured in the app and respondents can participate in surveys, polls and forums.
- Panel Building / Management - utilising either its ISO 26362 Accredited Panel community of 100,000 Australians (research respondents only) or specialist external panels.
- Dashboards – bespoke reporting systems built to your customised design. Capture and report KPIs, track customer satisfaction and action live feedback immediately.
- Online Qualitative - cutting edge software for recruiting and facilitating online qualitative projects from full blown discussion forums to overnight quick chats.

Online Surveys (fieldwork)
