AMSRS Associate membership offers the opportunity to become more involved in the market, social or organisational research industry, whether it is for professional or personal reasons, or a combination of both. It will suit those who are in the early stages of a career in the industry, or who may be in related roles in other fields. By becoming an Associate member of the Society, those wanting to learn more about market, social or organisational research can take advantage of discounted rates for our professional development events, keep up with advances in the industry via our publications and online news, receive expert advice and support, participate in our special interest groups and networks, and connect with other members at our functions. There are no particular eligibility requirements for Associate membership.

Exceptions: If your employer has an AMSRS Company/Client Partnership under which your membership is to be added, if you wish to reinstate a former membership or to upgrade a current Associate membership to Full, please contact our Membership Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance instead of applying here.
The standard subscription period for Associate membership is the financial year July to June. For new members joining part way through the year, the fees due are calculated on a monthly pro rata basis to 30 June, and a joining fee applies. The cost of Associate membership if you apply today is the amount shown below under Pro Rata Fees, plus the Joining Fee. Payment may be made by credit card via a secure gateway, or an invoice can be raised for subsequent payment by EFT, cheque or credit card. (Fees payment must be received before memberships can be approved.)
