About Hande Akman
I am a QPR with about 20 years of experience. I have worked in Turkey, my home country, in New Zealand, UAE and finally Australia. I moved to Australia in early 2011 to study Business Research in marketing and ended up completing a PhD at the University of Adelaide. My objective to have a PhD degree was to enhance my knowledge about marketing, especially in co-creation of value with customers and all the other actors who have a role in service ecosystems. Our PhD project was published in European Journal of Marketing.
