2019 Annual Fellows Dinner

We would like to invite all of our AMSRS Fellows to join us for this year’s Fellows Dinner as part of the 2019 National AMSRS Conference.

Busby Private Dining is a unique space, named in honour of John Busby, an early Australian visionary responsible for bringing clean & reliable water to Sydney.

Busby’s Bore was built in 1830 & was Sydney’s sole source of water until 1859. Tucked away under Riley St Garage, Australia’s first full service garage, lies a warm, comfortable, knocked back interior cleverly designed by Alexander & Co. to reflect the mechnic’s workspace.

Rough walls & industrial lighting, combined with luxurious leathers in muted tones are contrasted against bright tiles & worn down timber workbenches to set the tone of a classy but comfy, exclusive yet relaxed private dining experience.

Award winning Group Executive Chef, Regan Porteous, & his team have created a dining experience that is inspired by the flavours of Japan and focuses on the shared menu concept allowing your guests to try everything. While our offerings are initially preset out we are always on the hunt for new collaborations & rise to the challenge of creating bespoke culinary adventures & experiences.
