Kathy O'Donoghue (TNS Social Research) and Melissa Francis (Department of Education WA) will present on the comprehensive research undertaken in 2009 among one of our most valuable resources - our teachers - to assist in addressing the ongoing issues of teacher attraction and retention. Discussion on the advanced qualitative techniques utilised will include mood-induction tasks, "current versus desired-state" tasks, and an online qualitative component.
