Achieving Balance shortlisted for EOWA Award
TNS Australia's Achieving Balance workplace program has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency's (EOWA) Award - Leading Organisation for the Advancement of Women, <500 Employees. Also in the pipeline for TNS is the submission for the esteemed ‘Employer of Choice for Women' (EOCFW) accreditation lodged in October. In June, the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) rated TNS as highly compliant with equal opportunity legislation for the 2007-2008 financial year.  Two-thirds of TNS staff is female, and the majority of the Australian leadership team is comprised of female employees.
